NetCo’s Commitment to Online Security
Physical, electronic and managerial procedures have been employed to safeguard the security and integrity of personal information. All NetCo employees and contractors with access to personal information obtained through the websites of NetCo or by way of any other electronic media are also bound to adhere to this policy as part of their contract with NetCo. To protect the security of information supplied by customers subscribing to services on NetCo Communications Inc customers are provided user names and passwords to access their information.

Personal Information that NetCo May Collect Online
NetCo collects personal information online, including names, postal and e-mail addresses, phone and facsimile numbers, billing information.  Unless you otherwise consent, we will use your personal information only for the purpose for which it is submitted, such as to reply to your emails, handle your complaints, and process billing and business requests related to program participation and we will use such information to provide additional services to the customer directly associated to NetCo and NetCo will not in any way divulge any recorded information to any third party or any other provider of services whatsoever, without the prior approval by the customer. At certain points where personal information is collected on our site, there may be a box where you may indicate you would like to be on a mailing list to receive information about other NetCo services and about ways to support good cause following world natural disasters. This election box only appears in places where the department collecting personal information maintains such lists. At any time you can add or remove your name from an NetCo list by contacting us at info@netcocom.com

Unauthorized Activity
Other than for the use described in the above paragraph, NetCo may use customer identity information in the event that NetCo suspects that any customer is engaging in any unlawful activity with regards to the misuse of NetCo’s services either to gain an illegal financial advantage or suspected sabotage of NetCo’s network by manipulating technology in such a way that it threatens the integrity of the network and or undermines the services offered by NetCo.

Other use of Customer Identity Information
NetCo may also release personal information under the following circumstances:

• Where release is required by law (for example, a subpoena) or regulation or is requested by a government agency;
• Where our records indicate a company may be engaged in fraudulent activity or other deceptive practices that a governmental agency should be made aware of;
• To appropriate persons, where customers communication suggests possible harm to other users of NetCo’s network and services.

Use of Cookies
Cookies are a technology which can be used to provide NetCo with tailored information from a Website. A cookie is an element of data that a Website can send to your browser, and which your browser may then store on your system. You can set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie. Doing this will allow you to decide on a case-by-case basis whether to accept cookies or not. NetCo’s cookies do not generate personal data, do not read personal data from your machine and are never tied to anything that could be used to identify you. Cookies on this site are only used by NetCo and or our ad management system. Cookies used will strictly be used for:

• ad tracking
• customization of content (i.e. not repeating pop-up windows)
• speeding up transactions (by storing your email address)
• tracking the source of product sales
• storing login information
• statistical site-traffic analysis

Accuracy of Personal Information
NetCo has included a section within the member’s login panel to update any customer identity information.  NetCo will strictly correspond with the customer via information which is populated within this section of the website.  It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that information is kept current to ensure that accurate communication is maintained.
